Firmware for A10M - first steps.

I hope I can get some help. I am new to this machine and never did any software work. So all of these instructions are Greek to me. I downloaded the adurino software and installed the update but now my extruded motor runs backwards and how do you configure the bl touch piece. I need some BASIC. Never done this before instructions if anyone can help. I have an Anet A8 that has just worked from day one and this machine has been nothing but grief and aggravation. I have an A10m
