I have just uploaded the new Firmware for my GT 2560 board using Arduino 1.0.1. I now find that my Y Axis will not home correctly. The reading on the LCD screen is X 90 Y 50 and Z 0. Everything was working ok before I updated the Firmware so can you please advise me on what to do and how to do it to get the Y Axis to home correctly. The Firmware I uploaded was Marlin-PI3_Pro_B. I am a newbie at this so your help will be much appreciated.
Many thanks for all your help
