Hi guys,
I have an issue with my a10 printer for a couple of days now. My PLA is curling and sticking to the nozzle so my first layer won't print properly. It already starts when I am printing the first skirt line. A few days ago everything was fine and I did not do any changes since then. I already exchanged my nozzel and the tube but without any improvement. Now I am not sure if it really is a problem with the nozzle or sth else.
I'm using cura for slicing.
Material PLA 1.75
Layer height 0.3
Printing Temp 210°
Bed Temp 65°
first Layer speed 30mm/s
Retraction 25mm/s, Retraction Distance 4mm
My firmware is Marlin 1.19.
I'd be glad if you had any ideas! If you need more information pls let me know.
Thanks!

filament sticking to nozzle/ first layer issue
Re: filament sticking to nozzle/ first layer issue
Thanks a lot for your reply vert!
I followed your advice and tried to readjust bed and gantry as well as axchanged the tube and pushed it in until stop.
Now my print has imrpoved a little but is still not back to normal.
The skirt and straight lines were printed better but when it came to support structures with every 180° turn the printed filament is dragged back form the bed and clogged to the nozzle.
I already leveled my bed three times and cleaned the nozzle again...not improvement

Re: filament sticking to nozzle/ first layer issue
Try to clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol, or if you don't have it at hand wash it with soap or dishwashing detergent under hot water.

Thanks for your reply bta!
Unfortunately I've cleaned bed and Nozzle right before the print.
For me as newbie it looks s like the filament is bending upwards towards the Nozzle. However as I made sure there is no filament stuck in the tube and the Nozzle itself is free I can't localize the reason for that...
Can there be any other reason?
I am thankful for any help!

Re: filament sticking to nozzle/ first layer issue
I finally managed to get the printer working again.
I screwed off the whole heating block etc. once more, flashed the firmware with the 1.1.8 version and reinstalled Cura.
Actually still don't know where the problem was. I assume you are right with the levelling guess. Just happy it works again.
