Hey guys
I have a big problem when printing dual color on my A10m.
Things I've done
_set the jerk to 10
_lower the speed to 40 mm/s
_set the vref to 1.2v
_enable Zhop
_flashed firmware multiple times.
_ replaced the belt and tighten it.
_check the wheels and tighten it
What can I do to fix this problem?

I would replace stepper driver. I had similar issues with my Geeetech i3 Pro B. Finally stepper driver stopped working. Replaced with new and it works perfectly fine till now.

You can refer to these suggestions:
1.Check the belt of the Y axis loose or not
Then use the toolkit tight it if it loose
2.Check the vref of the a4988(Y-axis)
The normal should be 0.8~1.0V
You can adjust it with the multimeter
3.Check your travel speed at first
The travel speed no more than 120mm/s would be better
You can refer to these suggestions:

So the solution was easy but expensive.
I upgrade to tmc2208 and it's amazing, no layer shifts and the silence.. Beautiful

I have a 2 week old A10 (not 10M) and for about the last week I've had Z axis clicking. Swapping Z and Y drivers gave me Y axis shift at about 5-6mm in height causing all my prints to fail. I've tried raising the Vref on that driver in several steps up to 1.175v without success and also tried printing slower than my Monoprice Mini Delta which didn't help. The printer is running 1.1.8 Marlin (as it came) and I hope a replacement driver solves the problem. Programming an Arduino isn't something I've attempted and while I'd love to try Marlin 2.0 as a solution the thoughts of bricking the printer looms like a cloud that I don't want to rain on my parade. So I've got a couple of A4988 drivers on order plus a set of four TMC2208's just in case too.
