First printer, first print.
It took me about a week to setup in my spare time, and now it's working. As spected, the first print wasn't all that fine.
However, I'm having trouble finding out my problem. Here's a pic of what's happening:
As you can see, the printer actually prints fine half of the model. But the bottom half gets messy.
Reading on internet and watching some videos, people say to try another slicer program, and so I did. The first try was with Slic3r prusa edition, and the second one was with Cura. Both behave similarly.
So I guess it's not some simple slicer misconfiguration, as there's a good print up there. And in the same sense, I don't believe is some bad calibration, as it should affect the whole print, and half the print is fine.
The printed is calibrated to my knowledge (z axis, bed, and so on), and lubricated, as I had to test and measure it A LOT before being able to print (it gave me a few mechanical problems after the first setup, that were fixed by calibrating).
My first hypothesis is that there may be some problem with the original SDL file. I've downloaded it from some of the popular model sites (don't remember which one). That would be coherent with both slicers giving similar outputs.
My other hypothesis would be that there is different lubrication on different points of the z axis. But I've checked that out several times and didn't find anything weird.
Being a newbie, I bet this is a common problem. However, searching for it has been shown to be problematic so far, as I got a lot of people with other problems different from mine. Maybe someone here knows what's going on?

Here are the 2 main issue of your printing:
1. The temp setting is incorrect.
You can try to print it with different temp for a test
2. The steps of extruder need to be calibrate

3. You can attach the gcode file and we will help to check it
4. You can set the layer height to 0.1mm then test it again
5.Check your extruder cooling system(If you find the throat is hot then you should replace the cooling fan then test it)

I would check if there are no problems with the extruder during the printing process,
Is the wall of the model not too thin,
I would try to use a different filament.

I've spent the last few days since my original post to get a good quality print, and finally got something tolerable. The main parameters I had to tune up were E-steps and print speed.

That's a cilindrical mold, with two identical sides as parts, and a core as a third part. The sides print wonderful, and I'm very happy with the results. But the core is really bad:
Now, what I need to understand is a (possible) name for the problem I'm facing here, so I can search for it and try to configure my prints.
It looks like an overextrusion problem, but as you can see in the mold pieces my e-steps are not really a problem. I'm betting here is some fine tuning involving a precise kind of movement for the printer, which I don't know yet (cause I'm a newbie).
You see, I've found about the print speed settings when someone said "bridges" in some video and explained that there are configs for that particular behaviour. I can see there are a lot of extra settings for different situations, and I'm confident that, given that the mold prints nicely, my problem is somewhere there.
So, do anyone know any parameter I could look at for that precise work the printer does when printing the core (and not the mold)?
I also attach the STL and gcode files in zip format, so you could take a look.

It is difficult to provide a clear recipe for success. You will certainly have to experiment a lot.
