Nozzle Error 0 TEMP - Heatbed does not heat up

Post by testoli » Fri Mar 15, 2019 12:52 am

Hi,

I am totally lost.
My A30 is not working. My heatbed is not heating up. Ventilator is kickin up and the heatbed is starting to warmup veeeery slowly. At 24 Celcius a Popmessage is shown up "Nozzle Error 0- TEMP ....bla bla

I upgraded to the latest Firmware and I bought a new heatbed and Superplat as I thought it could be a broken wire, but with no luck.
The message is coming up every time and I am totally bothered.

This error info means the temp of the hotbed or the nozzle incorrect.
1.The error info from the hotbed(You need to check the LCD info at first)
If you found the temp of the hotbed is -14C then you should check the wires of the hotbed loose or disconnect.
You should replug it and check it with the multimeter.
2.The error info from the nozzle
The check steps are same as hotbed.
If you don't know how to do it,you can attach the photos of the hotbed/hotend wires of input.

HI,

I now checked the connectors and cables. As the heatbed is brand new I assume that this is not the problem, BUT I took a photo from the connector.

There is one pin that does not seems to be ok.

Any chance to get this fixed? I tried sand the pin, but it is still not working.

Thanks in advance
