New startup, I3 Pro X . Trying to use Motor Tool v1.2 to fix X direction error. Connects to com port, but get "receive data timeout" error msg. Using 115k baud setting, Win 10 does not allow 250000 baud choice. Help???

You need to edit the firmware then upload it via Arduino 1.0.1.
