Problem with temper

hi
I have a problem sending print, I get an error. maximum extruder temperature has reached and does not print
what can i do?

You need to check the thermistor at first.
It seems loose or the thermistor broken.

Thank you, I already solved it, I had wrong the connections of the bed and the extruders
