@ _kaktus_

Kaktus, just another 3 questions :
  1. first, hotend is 12 or 24 V?
  2. second, if I must change psu, I can split hotend wire for multiple resistences?
  3. third, which model are stepper motor for extruders on A10M?

Hey.

:D

ad. 1
The hot-end heater has a resistance adapted to the main power supply.
So if your main power supply gives 12V then ...
;)

ad. 2
It can be divided, but this solution is not good. Depending on how you connect the heaters of many hot ends ...
You need to know the consequences.

Basic knowledge of electronics, how to connect resistors and how to perform calculations in this area will be useful here.

At this point I would like to draw your attention to ...
We return to the circuit diagram. ;)

Note that each extruder connector can control the heating of the hot end.
So you don't have to divide anything because it's already done. :D

ad. 3
ooojjj

In this respect, my knowledge is too little, for a prosaic reason.
I do not yet know these models of printers.

Unfortunately, no description of the printer available in the web shop contains this information.

But we can ask a colleague vert to check this information.

vert, would you like to help us :?:

Tks, but supply is 220V, DC 24V,360W, right? Then, hotend is 24, or not?
Ad2 I can take PSU, maybe is better a PSU 220V DC24 480W.

Yes, in this case the manufacturer has equipped your printer with a heater for 24V DC.

If you expand your printer with more power, the power supply will be better.

A small example of how to estimate the power balancing.

Measure the resistance of the hot-end heater.
Ihot end=U/R
U = 24
R = resistance of the hot-end [in ohms].

In the same way, count the current drawn by the heater of the heated bed.

When you add these values to each other you will get the power demand for the components that need it the most.
It is known that there must be a reserve of power, for electronics and stepstick and stepper motors.

Remember that for many hot-end heaters, you have to calculate many values of the consumed current. Then sum them up.

Tks, I remember Ohm's law, I'm enought old to remember what I've study many and many years ago, but don't remember what I've eat yesterday :D :D :D

And I am as old as I feel.
So I am still 24 years old, and no more than that. :P

When selecting the power supply power, pay attention to the fact that even under maximum load it should not give more than 90% of its power.

@Ricky1966
1. The hotend of the A10 is the 24V type
2. The hotend's heat bar is 35~40W,
3. The extruder stepper motor of A10M is this type
