power unit switch light on
Nothing happen LCD bllack only D6 led on main board
checked and rechecked looks the GT2560 elivered out of order
had someone experienced that already ?thanks

LEDs D6 and d16 indicate that the main power supply provides power.

If you see two rows of black rectangles on your display, you can check the connection of the display module.
When everything is connected correctly and securely, you will probably have to master the firmware upload procedure.

check the cable to the screen is connected correctly blue band up with display down.

Hey did this issue get resolved for you? Literally having the same issues your having... It is not the power supply and now im stumped. Just the red indicator lights. Nothing on screen and fans are not running on the head.

im having the exact same issue now too. my printer is just under 3 months old. Very confused now. Anyone ever solve this issue?

Hi, You can check if the three lights on your motherboard are on.

If not, there may be a problem with the motherboard.

If the normal three lights on the motherboard are on,
you can provide specific problem pictures of your problem.
