You have two printers and you have noticed differences in indications.
Ask your friends you may be able to borrow a pyrometer from someone. Then you will be able to find out which indication is more wrong.
This is a natural behaviour.
If you want you can try to correct it by modifying the printer firmware.

No, the Geetech I3 pro C gives the same temperature as the thermostat of the house and the Rostock 301 gives a false temperature.

I think you should remove the thermistor off then you can test the temp of it correct or not.
Maybe the connect of the thermistor is not good.
