We have put together three A10s and One A20 all with 3D Touch.
After loading firmware designated A10_marlin1.1.8_3DTtouch One of the printers shows the A10 w/3D Touch options on the LCD. So, it appears the correct firmware was uploaded. But, Auto Home acts like the firmware being used is the non-3D Touch version.
The Z-Axis is repeatedly probed in the air and rises.
We know how to reset the Z-Axis stop to get it out of the way. So, we do not thinks it's that.
Any ideas as to what is going on?

Re: A10, 3D Touch & Firmware Mystery - FIXED
UPDATE: It turned out to be that the cable from the 3Dtouch pins (group of 3) was not completely plugged in at the GT2560 end.
Open top cover of the GT2560 Housing
locate connector at the back left of the board.
Make sure all connectors are properly seated all the way down.
