Can't print a thing

I rised up the bed temperature to 70° and extruder to 230°, guess what? it makes no difference still same thing happens this printer is really waste of money!

I do 24h long prints on my a10 your blaming the hardware for lack of skill. The video proof is on my YouTube channel check it might learn something.

Im sure you're more talented than me, you are the best DIY guy on this planet but this printer is not working as it should be the day it get out of the box.
Well, somethign is wrong with this printer, i have fixed/repaired many things but this machine just don't want to be repaired.

Hello, I had the same troubles, try to print with higher nozzle temperature. My one is working well now but only with a nozzle temperature of 230°C for PLA

You need to use the PID tuning then check the ptfe tube plug to the hotend enough.

Dont know if I am too late with this post but, I had the same issues, I have now increased my extruder temp to 210 degree, my glass bed at 75 degree and I now use a very sticky hair spray,,,all is perfect for me now.

I also use the geeetech parts paper to set my height, It seems to be a different thickness than an A4 sheet, If you had a good quality gloss print paper, that also adjusts height good.

What slicer do you use?

I'm trying to print something with s3d 4.1.1
I can print with extruder 1, printing with extruder2 gives the error 104 wrong extruder, sometimes also error 109.
Same error appears if printing with both extruder.

is there a working s3d or cura setting?

The eg. gocde is creat by slic3r.
You can check it you can try to set the layer setting to 0.1mm+40mm/s print speed+4mm retract setting

Hi,

I spent a lot of time with my A10M trying to print anything with two extruders and ending with big fails... Samples on the SD card worked fine tough. My mistake was to use Cura (3.6). I get some profiles on Thingverse or on this forum, added some Gcode found elsewhere, but nothing worked.

In description there is also a profile for Simplify3D and that one works fine for me.
