Defective parts?

Hello, I have been assembling my I3 pro B and have found that one of the sets of bearings for the Y idler has a grind in it and does not turn smoothly and is stuck in the spool. Also the mount that is supposed to hold the spool is far to tight to allow the spool to turn freely. Has anybody else had this problem?

can you please upload a picture what you mean?
are they rolling the belts? or maybe the bearings of the y leadership?
