Geeetech A10 cannot get a firmware in!!!

Post by valentinguz » Mon Jan 07, 2019 2:28 am

Trying to upgrade the firmware it stopped and failed half way in. Now the screen doesn't show anything furthermore EasyPrint does not detect the printer so I cannot use the firmware Upgrador to fix it. Trying to use Arduino Ide to upload a firmware gives me this error:

Code: Select all

Arduino: 1.8.8 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Mega or Mega 2560, ATmega2560 (Mega 2560)"

Sketch uses 151620 bytes (59%) of program storage space. Maximum is 253952 bytes.
Global variables use 5402 bytes (65%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2790 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 8192 bytes.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.
How can I fix it and get my printer back to factory settings?

Did you happen to remove the sd card by chance? If not remove the sd card and then boot it up.
If something I said just helped you out tremendously you can drop a little ramen money, the coding monkeys in my basement will appreciate it - Feed them here

You can private message me if you have any questions I might be able to help.
