Geetech a10m print head too high

I got the geetech a10m today and had a few print issues but finaly I was able to print the dog and it came out almost perfect.. I go and try to print something else later and now the print head is like 1/4 of an inch above the build plate when printing... I've re leveled my bed multiple times and nothing is helping

Hey I’m having same issue with my A10m it seems to want to go way high sometimes on leveling. It fixes itself when I bring z down to limit? Any luck fixing yours?
