I've recived new extractor today with a nice PLA filament as a gift, it's very kind.
I've just finished mounting new extractor and with a great hope i just run a gcode to print an example, but it's worst then the last time, it just doesn't works, pla keeps melting in extractor!!!
What a loss of money and time with this product.
After a few test i just take the pla back off the extractor, this is how its look like.

Hello.

Photography thoroughly reveals the problem of clogging.
The PTFE tube must be inserted so deep that it rests on the bottom of the duct.

You have to give attention to two things:
  • that the duct for the PTFE tube is not dirty at the end
  • that the tube does not slip out of the handle.
Otherwise it will become congested. It will not be possible to move the filament.

Admittedly, what the vert says, you have to be perceptive and strive to solve problems. Maybe you have just started your adventure and you need to learn a lot about this machine.
Complainting is not helpful.
On the forum I help to use the rod, I don't give fish.

Hello, I had the same troubles, try to print with higher nozzle temperature. My one is working well now but only with a nozzle temperature of 230°C for PLA

I'll try to do that, maybe higher temperature make this thing work.
Thanks.
