After PID autotune, A10 with rev.b board strange behavior

I have been in the process of calibrating my printer, I have a nice level bed, XY axis aligned, temperature tower printed. Decided to try PID calibration. After making changes printer will move to the starting point of print and then just extrudes while repeatedly logging busy:processing.

I have reloaded the firmware with apl default values. And in repetier host. I am able to send commands to x,y,z, and extruder without anyproblems.

I thought maybe clogged, and not retracting. I will take apart hot end and clean, but I'm not feeling that this is the issue.

P.S I tried printing from gcode on so card I had used last week with success and printer exhibits same behavior.

Could you attach the PID setting of yours?
Or you can refer to it
