Nozzle sizes on A10M
Nozzle sizes on A10M
I have bought this machine and just found that the nozzle size is not standard and only comes in 0.4mm for this hot end. Just wondering if anyone knows if a Crealty nozzle will work? I'm looking to use larger nozzles than 0.4mm and would hate to think that this printer is limited to 0.4mm.
Thanks
Thanks

what i know (don't own mine yet its on its way) is that it only works with a 0.4.
Re: Nozzle sizes on A10M
@Akuma, sorry, the thread for A10 nozzle is M6, but the thread for A10M nozzle is M7.

Re: Nozzle sizes on A10M
Thanks Guys.
So the A10M has a 1mm larger thread? So all I have to do is find a M7 nozzle?

Re: Nozzle sizes on A10M
I think there is confusion with the labelling of the nozzles. The M7 thread size seems to be an MK10 nozzle. An M6 thread is an MK8. It's not a great system that has been chosen and I'm still not 100% sure, which is why I'm holding off spending £12 on a pack of MK10 nozzles until someone can tell me that this is correct.
Re: Nozzle sizes on A10M
The A10M has a 7mm Thread nozzel, you should have got a spare in your kit to measure.... I did...
Re: Nozzle sizes on A10M
I did, but I is it isn't all about the thread size. They might have a different rake angle and overall length. Is MK10 compatible?
