Not printing

Post by Loop » Mon Nov 19, 2018 3:07 am

I would need sime help. I have a Geeeteck A10 printer with 2560v3 motherboard. It came with software A version. I bought a 3dtouch for it and it was neccesary to update the firmware because the touch was not in the menu. I downloaded the A10 V3 motherboar firmware and selected 3dtouch configuration.h file from conf. and hex file map after overwrite in the Marilin configuration.h and uploaded the firmware.

The axis are moving, the autohome and the bed leveling are fine, but when I run the program, the x, y, z axis are stopped, the program is running on the screen (show it as it's working fine) and the plastic come out from the e axis.
If I moved the X Y axis by hand ,onto the switch press position the value is 0, so it's good. If I am runnig a program the axis go to swich very slowly and only the E axis works.

Hello.

Try pressing the stepstick control modules in the sockets.
You must do this when the power is off.

I took off the touch sensor and upload no 3dtouch firmware. When I started the printing the printer didn't stop by the switch and the axis moved more down, I turned it off quick. It doesn't print the old programs (what I used before) eighter.
