Tech support or lack there of

I've been trying to get help on the forum and thru geeetech for a week now and I must say it's very disappointing at the lack of help.ive been asking to get the 3d touch to work for a week now,it is wired correctly and it does work,however it does not do the auto bed leveling after flashing firmware from this site for the 3d touch,if anyone could help I would really appreciate it,I have the a10m

I got the A10M working with 1.1.8 firmware and BLTouch sensor but I do agree the tech support seems to be non-existent at times and the help for A10M is virtual none finding out how to print mixed colour outputs has been a long google search and I still working on it attached is my config.h file that works on mine.
