Axis offset

Post by 7i4nf4n » Mon Oct 22, 2018 6:26 pm

My A30 seems to have issues with the Y-axis offset. It is like 20mm off while printing.
If I try to print at Y=1-20mm (roughly), it just extrudes besides the heatbed, not on it.
Thats really unfortunate, because this way I cant use all of the heatbed :-/

Does somebody have a solution for this (maybe a systemwide offset)? I am using Cura 3.4.1 and the printer is at 1.35.56

This seems to be a common issue. The two A30s I own had different versions of the firmware, but both had the same issue. The proper correction is to change the home positions in the firmware instead of having to manage it in the slicer. I've opened an Issue on Geeetech's GitHub repository about this topic.
