replace nozzle from geeetech but problems

hi!

I have replace a nozzle, today I have recibe it... mount it and wires.......put 200 for hotten ... iNSERT PLA but I see extruder is very hard... I can not push ... I try with 3 colors... same result...

what is the problem?... motor is not problem, because I push and not extruder....i think it come closed..

some idea?

I add info.... temperature is ok, pttf is ok 3 tubes......
I see now are new model.... but ..... I have bought a bad extruder?.

thanks... my friend have same problems... it have bought 2 extruders,,, and same result.... total 3 extruders and same result,

more info..... the first was push with my hand,,,never extrude, very , very hard to extrude pla...
I like know if other users have same problem when they have replace your extruder in this rostock 301. because I think this have a factory error.

The original nozzle is due to its structure more often clogged. The filament flow is easier to go backward, cool down and clog the tube, especially when printing a single color.

So our technic team redesigned it and released a new one:

i have use that, same result... after some prints nozzle closed.

Where did it clog? In the nozzle or PTFE tube? Can you unclog it with thimble?
What kind of filament, and what's the configuration, temp, nozzle diameter, retraction and so on?
