New hotend

I bought a new hotend. Already placed.

But the temperature stops at 130 degrees instead 205 degrees.

What is the problem ?
What can I do ?

I bought the wrong wan.
24v instead 12v.
12v already ordered

Hi!... I´d like do a question you about this printer 301, I have several problems from I have been buyed...... never work fine. I have uppgrade hot end for new model, but problems steep..... I have problem with mainboard, setepper motor Y, do jumps..... I don´t spend my time and money .... because I ´m asking to toher users of this prim rostock 301 If they have benn work fine this printer...
