Using meshmixer on thei3 pro b

Ok I've been using the i3 pro b acrylic printer for about 7 months and found that meshmixer is a great tool, however I have to export files back to my computer and send them to slic3er to print as meshmixer does not recognise my printer.
Are there any settings that allow you to send directly from meshmixer to the pro b
