I tried the shim. It seems like the sprint is too tight to extrude any thing....now the nozzle is clog. How to accurately level the bed and nozzle beside the using paper?

Does a clog nozzle give that sound? I test the bed it is a paper thick distance...what else can i do to stop the click, make the abs stick ( been using hair spray). Somthing the filament jus making loop around the nozzle...

I was having the clicking sound. Then I realized the filament was getting hung up feeding into the extruder. If I make sure the filament has a good clear path so it can't get hung up, it works fine. Just a thought.

Can i just ignore the clicking or popping sound? By the way my first layer was a messy. How do i solve this 1st layer messy. See my attached photo. Printing in abs at 0.2 layer height.

What speed are you printing at? Also what is your first layer speed? Because that makes a big difference to your first layers sticking
