Lost Y axis movement after firmware update

Completed the build of my i3 pro w and tested all good with LCD Auto home working on all axis'
About displays P13 pro w running v1.0.04

Followed the user manual which suggested a firmware update via EasyPrint 3d (which was also updated from the supplied EasyPrint 3d version to 1.1.17 downloaded)
Easy Print confirmed the firmware had been updated, however, About still shows v1.0.04 and the Y axis stepper is only jinking and moving the build plate forward by about 1mm and Autohome stops

So effectively the software "update" has killed my Y axis

Any thoughts on how to get my Y axis working again

Try to reinstall the firmware with Arduino IDE V1.0.1, you can find the firmware and also a link about how to install firmware here:
