I have a little problem with left T8 screw. before send to print I check the altitude from both t8 screw and the left It is always behind than right. Then I put a same altitude for both screws and I print the piece and then when it has finished the left is another time behind the right so I dont know what happens.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks!
1.I think you can try to check the rod again
2.Increase the voltage of the A4988 up to 1.1V then test it again

Either the rod is binding, or the z motors aren't getting enough current. The left side has the weight of the x-motor, so is more likely to miss steps. It's pretty easy to increase the limit on the stepper driver, but afterwards, make sure it has adequate cooling. There are a ton of youtube videos on adjusting the current limit on the A4988 drivers. I set my z driver to 1.1 volts t get smooth operation of the z-axis.

Hi, I've updated my gt2560 rev A+ board, but I have some questions:
1- My bars are T8 200 - so I think the DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT parameter { 81.5, 81.5, 400.69, 94 } on the Z axis should not be according to this page: http://prusaprinters.org/forums/topic/steps-per-mm/
shouldn't it be worth 1600.00 instead of 400.69??
2- Modify the plate to be able to mount the bltouch welding the 3 necessary pins, and I have verified that leaving it like this it does not work. Would the connections have to be made as indicated in the picture in this post? https://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18713
When I turn the printer on, it lowers and raises the bltouch sensor twice, so I think it is well mounted, except for the doubt of the positive pin (red wire).

Thank you

Hello again, I've already managed to find the pin11 for the bed self-calibration, but now it's like @andyparla, and although I tried to follow the steps of your post:

ok, I have was able to configure bl touch in Marlin 1.1.8
I have follow these instruction from a youtube video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_1Kg45 ... _A&index=1
My problem was the 7 step. I thought that M851 Z-XXXX was the nozzle offset, but it wasnot

Z-Offset Instructions:
1. Home 3D printer
2. M851 Z0 - Reset Z0Offset
3. M500 - Store setting to eeprom
4. M501 - Set active parameters
5. M503 - Display Active Parameters
6. G28 Z - Home Z Axis
7. G1 F60 Z0 - Move nozzle to true 0 offset
8. M211 S0 - Switch off soft endstops
9. Move nozzle towards bed slowly until the paper can barely move
10. Take note of the Z on the printer display (take that number and add the measurment of the calibration sheet or device used)
11. M851 Z X.XX (X.XX being your z offset achieved)
12. M211 S1 - Enable Soft Endstops
13. M500 - Save settings to Eeprom
14. M501 - Set Active Parameters
15. M503 - display current settings

I can't find the solution.
How did you do it?

Finaly I found my problem.
I needed calibrate 3d touch that I'm do with this combination of instruction:

Calibration
These instructions are written to explain how to calibrate using a computer connected through the USB port to your printer. This process also assumes that the EEPROM has been enabled in Marlin.
From the command window of Repetier Host or Simplify3D etc enter the following:
M851 ; note the number
M851 Z0 ; set the offset to zero
G28
G1 Z0
The LCD display should show Z = 0
From the display go to the Menu then Prepare/Move axis/0.1mm/Move Z
Now move the Z axis slowly down until the nozzle is the right distance from the build plate (folded piece of paper or thin card).
*Note the Z axis value on the display it should be something like -1.5
M851 Z-1.5 ; to set the offset you got in the previous step.
M500 ; Stores the values in EEPROM so that it is not reset when you power the printer off and on.
Now you are ready to print.

thanks....
