Printer stutter

Hi
My I3 Pro B is printing really well but I have noticed it stuttering quite frequently. It will be running along quite nicely and then for about 10 to 20 seconds will stutter a lot. The stutters are less than a second but are quite noticeable.
Is this normal ?

Could you tell me your printer print it via the USB port or SD card?
And you can upload your print setting?

What do you mean "stuttering"?
Is the motor on one or both axies stalling? (Assuming the "stutter" is in X and Y)
Do you get a clicking sound when it "stutters"?
Are some layers of your prints shifted?
Are the belts too tight?
Does it happen in Z? If so, are the flexible connectors secured to the motor and the screwed rods properly?
What effect is the "stuttering" having on your prints?

Need more details.

It was by the USB port

Seems to be on X/Y. Z seems ok.
No clicking noise
No layer shift. The prints don't seem to be affected. Belts seem ok.
It's almost like one of the motors needs a very quick breather. Could it be very slight overheats or delays on the USB connection ?

Still not sure what you mean by "stutter", do you mean the printer stops/hesitates for a short while then continues?

Just a thought... What temperature is the hot end? If it's too low, the printer will stop as the extruder motor wouldn't be able to extrude. Usually cuts off somewhere about 170 degrees. If the temp cycles down below whatever the cut off is, I reckon the print would stop till it heats up again.
Like I say... Just a thought.

I have a simulator issue when printing in.1mm i get a wave in the outline shown in the attachments? It a very small ripple along some parts.

Try using the SD card. Do you have print preview enabled? If yes then I think your PC is too slow.
