Problem HotEnd Temp

Post by egy1982 » Wed Apr 04, 2018 4:49 am

Hello everyone,

I have problems with the temperature of the hotend, practically after an undefined time it begins to be inconstant.

I also performed the PID calibration but without success.

do you think it's a problem of the resistance of the hot end? of the sensor? or even the main board?

I attach screen.

and thank you all in advance for the help.

As you think, there may be some electrical breaks on the wiring connections.
But also a breath of fresh air if the printer is in an open space.

That's my opinion.

1.You can try to check the mosfet>>>If it were too hot, you need to replace it
2.You can try to re-adjust PID
3.A new hotend will fix this issue
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
