My a30 has had so many problems it's unbelievable. The most annoying is not being able to use the heated bed ever. I can't plug the power in or set it to anything but 0 in any slicer. It heats up as soon as I flip the power switch to the machine and doesn't stop heating up. So far nobody on the sales team will talk to me anymore they just say they will check with the engineers and get back to me. A bunch of lies. Not only that the bed is now warped maybe it was from the excessive heat or maybe it came like that.
I talked to them about my bent lead screw as well and they have no intention of sending a new one. No intention of sending me the right size nozzle either as they gave me a .1mm with the unit.

Re: A30 heated bed stuck on
I have the same problem!
The heated bed comes on when power is applied. Also when I turn on the nozzle via the screen, I can't then switch it off.
I am running firmware version 1.59

Re: A30 heated bed stuck on
Hi, are you referring to the automatic heating of the hot bed when you turn on the printer?
You can try to unplug the hot bed line from the motherboard, the temperature display,
If it is still displayed as high temperature, it may be a motherboard problem.
If the temperature is shown to be negative, the thermistor of the hot bed can be measured.
I hope this can help you.
