I followed up all the instructions but the printer but not communictaed with the pc.
I tried mac pc or windows 7 pc, I installed the usb driver but not communicated.
I need a guide step by step to install the printer on a PC or on a MAC, expecially for the Firmware?? If I have to upgrade it I need a clear guide. Do you have?

The forum is a great guide to update the firmware. When searching, follow the model of the controller board you have.

Hy guys,
I follow th instructions on blog but nothing..
I'm very depressed because usually I'm not a standard user, usally I have no problem with technology in general..
Looking around I saw that a lot of users have so many problems, probably is necessary more deeply solutions.

I followed that forum, but drivers are not correct or there's another problem.
