"Fuzzy" prints

I put together the Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro W in the last couple of days and got it to run, with some fiddling and the help of the support team (thank you, guys!).
While it finally prints stuff the quality is...fuzzy.

First I printed out a small coin I found on Thingiverse so I wouldn't waste too much filament during the testing phase and improved the quality gradually, but eventually just went for the bench boat. Suppose it was a bit too early, because my version of the plucky little boat looks like the ghost ship in a horror movie (see photo).

Filament: Geeetech PLA, 1.75
200°C - extruder temperature
80°C - bed temperature
0,4 mm - nozzle size
50% - infill density
grid pattern

How do I get the walls and everything as nice and smooth as others do?
It's probably just one of the many options I haven't tried yet, but maybe someone more experienced can point me in the right direction.

By the way, the coins look similarly fuzzy on the upper side while the one on the heating bed is of course fine. (Weirdly, the lower I go with the quality the better the result for them.)
Not sure if it matters, but for some reason when the first layer and also the skirt are being printed the filament looks white/transparent, like glue. At some point the colour comes out.

Individual layers are not bonded together.
Did you calibrate the Z axis?
Hot filament looks different - it's normal.

I had print this testing boad a few days ago. [attachment=0]2018-04-02 09.44.18.jpg[/attachment] Was my first high detail print.
But befor i made lot of test print for understud how work slicer.
For better help you is good to know how was set slicer.
And how long the printing lasted. My boat was printed about 2h45min.
I thing your print was under 1hour

Hey there! Sorry for not replying for so long, I didn't get notifications about your messages and thought this duplicated thread was going to get closed. The issue was resolved by switching to Cura. Here's the result:
