Extruder broke the Filament

Dear:
I buyed a geeetech Delta Rostock 301, i assembled and i perform all adjustement but still i cant print.
When i print the filament broke into the extruder. to be more precise in the point where the filament is pressed by motor and wheel.
I suspect that the pressure is exesive for PLA but i cannot find how adjust the pressure.
This happen every 5/10 minutes so is impossible print something.

I have same printer.. is a printer very bad..... broke filament because hot end can not extrude it... motor push filamente, but this is not able go out... and broke it.... I´m looking for replace hot end for ohter free and adapt for use this printer... because parts from this printer is not good quality... i have problems with main board, lcd, steppers, hot-end Only structure is OK....320€ and not work, my anet a8 (only 100€) print fine for 2 years and better quality.
