Clogged nozzle can't be fixed

Post by tehSlick » Sun Mar 11, 2018 3:17 am

Hi

I have a problem with a clogged nozzle

The filament broke and I tried to get it out of the nozzle. I heated it to 200-220 °C, then tried to push it out or through. Neither of it worked.

I attached images of the extruder and the nozzle.

Here you can see the filament sticking out: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vF9Q0C ... sp=sharing

Here the nozzle: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ydQdKl ... sp=sharing

I can't push the filament through, what else can I do to print again?

You can use a wrench to remove the throat and remove the filament
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

I remove the nozzle than hold it with pliers and hit it with a blow torch.
