Have you tried to check the Z axis?
I think maybe the issue lead by the Z wobbling?

I have bed level sensor instaled, it's not the z axis the problem but i found some response to my problem,
I up the temp of extrudor and bed but i dont know the Good temp for bed with abs , cause the glass and tape double face retain some heat.

95 degree is good for abs ?

Thank

100C for the first layer and others set to 90-100C will be better
