Thanks for answering William, but I didn't get how to do that, what do you mean about burning the bootloader? Is there a special file for doing that? thanks again!

As I wrote earlier, this manual is very good.
But it can be even better.

Additionally, you can check the "Verify after download" option before programming.
I do not think I need to explain why it is helpful and important.

An additional option:

ps
Dear William, if possible, include these pictures permanently.

Hi.
Buy a Rostock 301, I put it together but it does not work. Contact the seller and he told me that I have to install the Firmware (I pass this page).

I want to do it but I receive the following error:
---------------------------
STMFlashLoader Demo
---------------------------
No response from the target, the Boot loader can not be started.
Please, verify the boot mode configuration and the flash protection status,
Reset your device then try again...
---------------------------
Aceptar
---------------------------

Could you help me?

Thank you very much,
Regards

Have you tried to add the jumper cap to boot0?

Hi.
Yes. I put the Jumper, connect the USB and reset the board. But he does not detect it.

Could you find the mainboard USB port info at the device manager of your PC?
If you can't find it, seems the mainboard was broken

The issue of a properly installed FTDI chip driver remains to be clarified.

And in our controller's board, after the proper activation of the bootloader, the LED indicator lights up. I do not know how it is in your printer version.
