AC Heater switch

Post by Mikey » Wed Dec 20, 2017 5:00 am

I have a GEEETECH I3 Proc. My problem is that when I am printing something shuts off the AC power to the control board. The power is still on, the red light in the switch stays lit. After about a 30 seconds or so it comes back on, but it's a complete restart so the print is shot. What I want to know is; is there a thermal switch in the PSU that could be overheating and causing a shut down? It acts that way, after a short cool down time it switches back on. Is there someplace where i can get a schematic of the PSU?

You should test the voltage of power supply output(Normal is 12V)
