Well I will tell you what is happening at the moment.
Through the Repetier program buttons I can get bed to move back and forth (Y axes I think) and if I inch the Extruter ( Z axes) it moves up and down but if I try move it fast a weird noise
The heaters seem to work OK
The Extruter is in the middle and will not move or make any noise at all ( X axes)
But on off switch works GREAT!!!!

Ok that's good news...
Sometimes the Z-Axis is hard to move for the motors because the x-axis is tilted slightly. This makes movement for the motors nearly impossible and should result in a strange noise. Can you try to turn the threaded rod of the z axis by hand and get both sides of the x-axis roughly at the same level (just test if the motor can move relatively easy). Sometimes it helps to losen the four screws at the end of the x-Axis just a bit because if the "golden/brass" part is tilted it's hard for the motor to move the axis (I don't know how I should call this part so I attached a picture). You can also try adding some grease/lubricant on the threaded rod.

Regarding the non moving x-axis two things could cause this:
1) The endswitch (microswitch at the end of the axis is not working correctely). I think you should be able to check this in repetierhost. If you don't find any graphical option just send "M119" as in the gcode tab to the printer and it should report the endstop status.
2) It could be possible that the Stepper driver (https://www.geeetech.com/images/v/Geeetech_A1.jpg) of the x-Axis is deffective. Have you already tried to switch the stepperdriver of an working axis (e.g. y-axis) with the one in the x-axis slot? Do this while the printer is powered off and take care that you put it in with the right orientation (for a4988 the potentiometer should be next to the atmega2560 microcontroller)

After swaping the drivers test if it's working. If it is then you can steal an stepper diriver from the extruder 2 slot (the one which is empty on the picture and labeled with "A")
We don't know if the extruder stepper motor is working so:
Can you heat the extruder above 170°C (i would recommend 190°C just to be sure) because the extruder motor will not turn if the nozzle is cold #savetyfeature. Then give the extruder motor the command to push in / retrackt fillament and observe if the motor moves.
You can do the test without fillament inserted or pull it out when the nozzle is hot (190°C) while pressing the release lever.
