I have began assembly of my I3 Pro B printer. During assembly I have noted the linear bearing do not slide freely on the 410mm Y and 322mm Z axis smooth rods. I have tested the 390mm X axis rod and have no issues with bearings hanging up. I have heard that this happens in shipping frequently.
I have sent 3 e-mails to tech support. I have tried to attach the reviewer's signature and images of the rods as instructed in the assembly manual. However there is no attachment button on the tech support email.
Before ordering this machine I did research and was told that this company had great customer support. I am starting to believe that this is the most complicated support I have ever dealt with and not feeling the great support.
So I have attached the reviewer's signature and pictures of the smooth rods in this post.
