MeCreator 2 Extruder not moving

Hello!
I recently bought a MeCreator 2 and wanted to print something. After the Bed and the Extruder are heated up, it starts to print, but the Extruder is not moving, so it prints a straight line!
When I want to control the Extruder through the Software, it moves, but the X and Y coordinates seem to be wrong.

What can I do about that?

as to the wrong X and Y coordinates,I don't really understand it.Do you mean the wrong moving direction or something?If you mean the wrong direction,you need to change some value in the firmware.Check this post for more details:http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 17&t=17037.
