Download the right firmware for your printer from here:
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=17046
And remember to use Arduino 1.0.1 to upload it:

Hello,
I bought a geeetech i3 pro b acrylic printer, I assembled it and tried to connect it to PC and failed. I did what user manual told to, but no luck. I tried to reflash firmware but no lock too. Arduino 1.0.1 throws me many errors after waiting for about 10 minutes. Can anyone help me?

Hi, I have designed and built a core xy printer with the GT2560 Rev A+ board. Can I use a current Arduino version (1.8.1) to upload firmware or does I need to use Arduino v1.0.1?. What firmware can I use to customize, can I use a current Marlin version from Github (1.0.2-1) or does I need to use the one from Geeetech website (Marlin-Marlin v1)? Thank you in advance

Maybe you can use the one from Github if you are gonna customize.

I am trying to setup my new i3 X printer and firmware.
I downloaded the I3_pro_X.zip from https://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopi ... 20&t=17046

I have not yet modified the script but only just tried to verify the script, however i get the following error message.

I really have no idea what im doing with this kind off stuff, except altering steps etc for setup/calibration as per instructions and youtube videos!

Can someone explain what i need to do to fix these issues please?

I have tried changing 'fpos_t' to 'fpost' as per a workaround i found but this seems to cause cascading errors as a result.
As i have no coding experience i am now stuck at a point where i need to modify the firmware to get the best from this printer!

@Stoned_Stew,
your Arduino version(1.8.1) does not work with the downloaded firmware.
Try it with Arduino 1.0.1 that should work.

Hi,Can someone help me? I have a aluminum I3 sanguinololu printer and I follow the suggestions at this post and http://domoticx.com/prusa-i3-geeetech-f ... guinololu/.

But it is not working. By checking the sketch i get the error: getpos_t'has not been declared
And in yellow: void getpos(fpos_t* pos);
