Hello,
i try to assemble my new Prusa i3 Pro C Dual Head.
When I mount the pre-assembled extruder on the extruder support
the hot-end touches the screws of the extruder holder as seen in picture 1
so i cant fixing the extruder screw in the first hole
Picture 1
I'I think the problem is, that the extruder has been changed and is now no longer high enough

Picture 3
Or have I done something wrong..?
Excuse my bad English

Re: Dual Head mount extruder on the extruder support
I think that you have to fix the X axis plate first.
Then fix the the support plate for the extruder.
Finally, fix the extruder, to the support plate. In my case, as it was too close to the x axis plate, I fixed it to the second hole (there are three holes to choose).
Of course, there is an interference. For the case you want to remove the x axis plate, it is necessary to remove the extruder first.

Juan
