Is the X belt slipping? Problem with the servo? Settings issue with the travel speed? That's a strange problem.

Can you attach the GCode file so I can try it?

looks like it is an issue with the X-axis (slips) it is not advancing correctly not sure if something wrong here DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {85.3333, 85.3333, 2560, 158.8308}. the belt seems ok not to tight

i included the configuration.h file maybe you can have a look and tell me what is wrong https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

The configuration looks OK, except the 158 for the E axis seems high. That shouldn't effect the X axis though. Maybe the belt is too loose, or there is a problem with the stepper driver? There is a way to test the voltage, it's on the forum here somewhere. You can also swap out the stepper driver with one of the other ones and see if it makes a difference.

You will need to calibrate it to get the correct value.

Ok so i found the problem. It seems that the double extruder is a bit going toward the front ( fan). Whenever i lift toward the back it then works ok for a minute but then it start sjipping steps. Any recommendations ?
