Auto bed leveling for Prusa I3 with Sanguinololu & LCD2004

Board: Sanguinololu 1.3a & LCD 2004 smart controller with SD card.
Firmware: Marlin 1.0.3
Servo: Super-Micro Waypoint W-038CL
Used control pin for servo: A1 (#30).

Need to change the adapter board for LCD: cut track near A1 pin, connect A1 pin to A0 pin.
SD card works fine.

I am interested in doing this with either a capacitive or inductive probe. I have the i3b pro printer with a Sanguinololu board. The idea is to replace the the z end stop with one of these probes. Does anyone have an idea as to what the wiring should be. There are 3 wires, 2 for power and one for signal.
