Rusted extruder bearings

Hi,

I got my Mecreator 2 printer on the 2nd of December and once I solved some problems, I saw this:

One of the bearings was not correctly attached but there is also some rust on the left one.

I corrected the problem on the right.

Can I reasonably ask Geeetech to send me a new part as the problem was not seen during the final quality check?

Maybe you can contact the seller to talk about it...It should be replaced i guess if you have verified it..
