y dont move [shorted]

Hello guys i made some mistake, the screw falls down and shorted 2 contacts ( step and dir ) on the my gt2560 A4988 driver, while axis is moving.
The y axis stopped work. I swapped drivers from x to y and it did not work
I tested y motor on x axis and its fully work and move my table.
So the problem is inside gt2560 board, can you help me please where i need to look to find whats broken i have multimeter and etc.
On the gt2560 i see extruder ouputs, can i swap y axis on that extruder output?
