1.Here are the firmware and the solution to upload the firmware:

2.Did the LEDs and fans on the mainboard work fine?
3.You can try removing all the cables on the mainboard if it doesn't fix your problem after uploading the firmware.
Upload some pictures or videos please if it is neccessary.
