Prusa I3 Pro C - need new extruder holder

Hello Folks,
after more than a year of having the printer in storage, I finally have time to look at it again.

Sadly, my extruder has sagged a lot. I already bought a new aluminum holder from the GeeeTech store on Aliexpress, but can not find the part which attaches it to the two linear bearings. Where could I purchase this component?
