Post by mouroid » Mon Aug 01, 2016 4:11 pm

Hi ,
i upload Merlin 1.02 Firmware successfully. I can see that is uploaded in Repetier. My problem is that not the settings are loading e.g. the values for steps per minute, MaxTemp ...

Hi
i don't understand what pictures you want.
I upload the values #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {160,160,5120,140.2} // MXL, Z M8=1.25, MK8
and after upload is still the previous {80,80,2560,70.1}. The upload is done i can see it in Repetier from the signature and the time that is done.

Did you modify the value on the LCD panel? And did you "Store Memory" on LCD?

Yes this is working. Also works when i save the values to EEPROM with Repetier. My problem is with the firmware upload.

It's weird...But you modify the parameter on the LCD controller and it works at least, which is the same as you modify the firmware.Do remember to “Store Memory”。

Yes it is. With LCD controller I can't check which of all parameters is passing... I found today that if i use Merlin 1.01 the values are changed but i have printing problems.
Can you please send me (AMavroidis@cyta.gr) a firmware that works. I download the one from the forum but as i told you the values are not change.
